Satisfy your hunger, sweet tooth and cravings for holiday treats without compromising your health and in fact holistically boosting your health, strengthening your immune system, revitalizing your cells and maximizing your energy!**
5-Minute Never-Stress Peppermint Swirl Fudge Recipe
You’ll need whole ground coconut butter (not the oil). This is available in many natural food stores but you can make your own on the fly using organic coconut dried shreds. Place about 3 cups of coconut shreds into your blender and using your tamper to keep the coconut vortexing into the blades, blend on high for 2-5 minutes until warm and quite creamy. This is the nut butter of coconut. It’s liquid above about 80*F and hard as chocolate below 70*F. Store extra in wide-mouth jar or lidded-bowl in a dark area, not in refrigerator.
Feel free to double, triple, or 4X this recipe!
Blend on high in a blender or small food processor for 1 minute:
3/4 cup warm (so it’s liquid) organic whole ground coconut butter (see instructions above)
1/4 cup pasture-raised organic ghee (recommended for most fudge flavor) or melted organic cacao butter (2ndly recommended for awesome white chocolate flavor) or organic coconut oil (refined is great, virgin is great but will produce a more coconut flavored fudge) or mix of all 3 fats
2 tablespoons wood-derived xylitol or wholesome sweetener that works for your body
1/2 teaspoon Longevity Power Longevity in a Bottle
1/16 NOW Better Stevia extract powder, to taste
1 pinch sea salt
2 drops of organic peppermint essential oil
Pour 2/3rds of this batter into mold shapes of choice (such as ice cube trays or a large pie dish). Then add to remaining 1/3rd in blender:
2 teaspoons wood-derived xylitol or wholesome sweetener that works for your body
10 drops of organic peppermint essential oil
OPTIONAL: 1/2 teaspoon Longevity Power Mushroom Immunity
OPTIONAL: You can thicken this fudge into a cookie consistency by adding 2 teaspoons BPA-free organic coconut milk
Pour or spoon this into your molds to create a white-blue-green swirl in your fudge. OPTIONAL: Top with Raw Chocolate Chips. Place into freezer (or just outside for northern climate winter wonderland enthusiasts) for at least 5 minutes. Pop out, serve chilled, feel the ecstasy! Store in fridge or chilly room.
