      I will do my best. As you know, I was a vegan for many years and bolstered my immune system with a whole variety of foods, herbs, elixirs and strategies every day. A shot of Longevity in a Bottle followed by several servings of coconut water kefir would be a great start/add in for your immune system! -Christian 🙂

    LOVE yur info! how long taking Epic Reishi and Pearl, and in what doses, did u feel the effects?

      before u felt the effects (sorry!)

    • Sofree, you should feel the reishi right away. Pearl is more subtle but is easily felt with larger doses. Long term they will uplift shen (a.k.a. mental clarity, emotional stability, glow).
