This is the versatile recipe for making the most nutrient-dense and coconut-crispy, Thai-gingery-chile-spice kale ships you’ve ever had!

Addictive Thai Superfood Kale Chips Recipe (Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free, Sugar-Free, Nut-Free except Coconut, Better than Store Bought!)

De-stem or tear in half 1 – 2 large bunches of washed Organic heirloom kale. Place in large bowl.

 

Blend on high in a blender for 20+ seconds:

 

1 13.5 oz can of BPA-free Organic Native Forest Coconut Milk

1/4 cup Longevity Power Longevity Spirulina – best tasting spirulina on the planet!

2 – 3 teaspoons Longevity Power Maca Bliss – for serious power

Juice of 1-2 Organic lemons and/or limes

3/4 teaspoon sea salt

1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon fresh Organic ginger

1/4 teaspoon Organic cayenne powder or chile spice blend or for extra kick: habanero!

 

OPTIONALS (choose any or all of these):

1/4 cup fresh Organic cilantro

3 tablespoons Organic tahini for extra cheesiness

2 tablespoons freshly chopped Organic onion for extra addictive sweet crunchyness

1 tablespoon Organic soy sauce (like Nama Shoyu or Wheat-Free Tamari) for extra guilt-free addictive bliss

2 cloves of peeled Organic garlic

 

Pour batter into bowl of kale. Hand-massage with kale.

OPTIONAL: Add large cuts of young coconut meat – will turn into soft cheese-like chips. Don’t mix in very much – leave portions of coconut meat remaining white, not green!

 

Hand-spread onto dehydrator sheets. The thinner and more spaced out, the faster it will dehydrate. Dehydrate at at least 120*F (49*C) for 12-24 hours. I personally dehydrate at 150*F.
