If you want to know a few key foods that help you bring balance to your hormones (and energy) naturally, this is for you. It’s going to make you feel really good if you resonate with fresh organic fruits + nutrient-rich superfoods, and it will only take a few minutes to make!
MAKE MY HORMONES HAPPY SMOOTHIE
* Use all organic ingredients
1 cup fresh living spring water
2 large frozen bananas
1 cup frozen blackberries
1+ tablespoon raw chocolate powder
1 teaspoon Maca Bliss (black maca root extract*)
1 teaspoon Immortality Alchemy’s Bee Mana (organic raw royal jelly)
1 teaspoon lucuma powder
1 teaspoon vanilla bean powder
3 medjool dates, pitted
Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until it’s suuuuuuper smooth. Pour into a glass where you’ll be able to see the smoothie’s beauty and sprinkle this fuchsia colored delight with fresh local bee pollen for a burst of B VITAMINS + some heirloom organic raw vegan chocolate chips for a natural magnesium boost!
If you don’t want to use dates, I’d suggest using organic raw coconut water as the liquid base to make up for the sweetness the dates provide.
For your own sake, please do not use tap water in this or any recipe. It’s not a clean pure source of water and will not give you the next level health benefits you deeply desire!
* This smoothie will *not* taste nearly as yummy if you replace the most delicious Maca Bliss with some store-bought gritty raw maca powder. That stuff is unpalatable and will not deliver the profound results that this adrenal and kidney-restoring black maca root extract will. You want the creamy, slightly sweet, caramel-like maca that is also delicious straight by the spoonful! When you have an option of mediocre or the stellar, always go with the best! And that my friends is our MACA BLISS.
We’re bringing some harmony to your hormones, adrenals, nervous and immune systems with this one.** The Maca Bliss and organic raw royal jelly are THE master endocrine supporters in this recipe. They are the superstars that make all the difference in how you feel, and are best used on a regular basis so your results just keep getting better & better. I find that 1 teaspoon per day of each suits me well (petite female), though big strong men may want to double up on the dosage.
