We want low glycemic superfood herbal snow cones!

This just in: you can make them fast at home.

Superfood Sugar-Free Snow Cones Recipes

1st, make a tonic herb syrup or superfood syrup. Below are 7 crazy-good-for-you recipes. Some of them have a real herbal kick!

2nd, make shaved ice:

If you have an ice shaver, use that. Otherwise if you have a food processor with a regular metal blade, place a couple handfuls of very frozen spring water ice cubes and let it rip until the ice cubes are mostly powdered.

Form the powdered/shaved ice into balls and place in small bowls. Drizzle with your superfood syrup of choice and serve in the sun!

 

Butterscotch Syrup

With a small silicon spatula, mix together in a small bowl:

-2 tablespoons non-GMO glycerin (zero glycemic) or wholesome low glycemic liquid sweetener (coconut nectar, Jerusalem artichoke syrup, or honey whipped with a little spring water)

-1 teaspoon LEVITY Red Asparagus Root Extract (for super immunity, mental calm, cooling herb)

-1/2 teaspoon spring water

-pinch teaspoon KAL stevia extract powder, to taste or a butterscotch flavored stevia liquid, to taste

-1 very, very tiny pinch sea salt

 

Goji Syrup

With a small silicon spatula, mix together in a small bowl:

-2 tablespoons non-GMO glycerin (zero glycemic) or wholesome low glycemic liquid sweetener (coconut nectar, Jerusalem artichoke syrup, or honey whipped with a little spring water)

-1 teaspoon Goji Joy (for energy, happiness, immunity, antioxidants)

-1/2 teaspoon spring water

-pinch teaspoon KAL stevia extract powder, to taste or a lemon flavored stevia liquid, to taste

-1 very, very tiny pinch sea salt

OPTIONAL: Tiny squeeze of organic lemon

 

Java Syrup

With a small silicon spatula, mix together in a small bowl:

-2 tablespoons non-GMO glycerin (zero glycemic) or wholesome low glycemic liquid sweetener (coconut nectar, Jerusalem artichoke syrup, or honey whipped with a little spring water)

-1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon Mushroom Immunity (for super immunity, mental calm, adaptability)

-1/2 teaspoon spring water

-pinch teaspoon KAL stevia extract powder, to taste or coffee flavored stevia liquid, to taste

-1 very, very tiny pinch sea salt

 

Black Maca Syrup

With a small silicon spatula, mix together in a small bowl:

-2 tablespoons non-GMO glycerin (zero glycemic) or wholesome low glycemic liquid sweetener (coconut nectar, Jerusalem artichoke syrup, or honey whipped with a little spring water)

-1 teaspoon Maca Bliss (for zipping stress in the butt, hormone balance, restoring adrenals)

-1/2 teaspoon spring water

-pinch teaspoon KAL stevia extract powder, to taste or  plain, coffee or toffee flavored stevia liquid, to taste

-1 very, very tiny pinch sea salt

 

Green Candy Syrup

With a small silicon spatula, mix together in a small bowl:

-2 tablespoons non-GMO glycerin (zero glycemic) or wholesome low glycemic liquid sweetener (coconut nectar, Jerusalem artichoke syrup, or honey whipped with a little spring water)

-1 teaspoon Longevity Spirulina (for amino acids, antioxidants, chlorophyl)

-1/2 teaspoon spring water

-pinch teaspoon KAL stevia extract powder, to taste or  plain, coffee or toffee flavored stevia liquid, to taste

-1 very, very tiny pinch sea salt

 

Root Beer Syrup

With a small silicon spatula, mix together in a small bowl:

-2 tablespoons non-GMO glycerin (zero glycemic) or wholesome low glycemic liquid sweetener (coconut nectar, Jerusalem artichoke syrup, or honey whipped with a little spring water)

-1/4 teaspoon Longevity in a Bottle (for unleashing genetic potential, strengthening immunity, revitalize cells)

-1/2 teaspoon spring water

-1 drop Organic essential oil of wintergreen

With a small silicon spatula, mix together in a small bowl:

-2 tablespoons non-GMO glycerin (zero glycemic) or wholesome low glycemic liquid sweetener (coconut nectar, Jerusalem artichoke syrup, or honey whipped with a little spring water)

-1/2 teaspoon Longevity Power’s He Shou Wu (for helping reverse gray hair, lifting mood, restoring adrenals) – This is where the ‘UnPeanut Caramel’ flavor comes in

-1 teaspoon raw cacao powder

-1/2 teaspoon spring water
