I blended up and drank my Ultimate Pre-Workout Elixir for Endurance and Power this morning. I drank half of it to boost my focus for work and I'll drink the rest before my resistance training workout this afternoon.
I've been constantly making this elixir and working out daily for 6 years! It works so well for me because it contains ample doses of all the most powerful adaptogenic herbs (adaptogens help your cells thrive and adapt to stress) and does NOT contain any caffeine. Most pre-workout formulas have 1 or 2 adaptogens and a huge amount of caffeine, which may not give you the sustainable energy and nourishment for both your workout and recovery you're looking for.

The pic on the right is me now after over 6 years of a fierce near-consistent split routine, with a few going easy periods to rehab a shoulder and low back injury along the way. I've been eating a really nutrient-dense and nutrient-diverse paleo keto style diet and have been imbibing my adaptogenic pre-workout elixir every day too!
If you're new to weight lifting or other high intensity training, newbie gains are possible so start now, work on your technique and stay consistent. The Ultimate Pre-Workout Elixir for Endurance and Power Recipe
Blend on high in any blender for 10 seconds or shake vigorously in a shaker bottle:
1 quart or more spring water or the purest water you can get
About 1 teaspoon Longevity in a Bottle
About 1 teaspoon Maca Bliss
About 1 teaspoon Goji Joy
About 1 teaspoon Mushroom Immunity
1/8 teaspoon, or more to taste, stevia extract powder (I love NOW Organic Better Stevia - I said I liked the Kal brand in the video but these days the NOW brand is the best!)
1/8 teaspoon sea salt, or more
Pour into a mason jar or shaker bottle and take with you to your workout!
