1 1/2 cups spring water ice cubes (or 1 cup pure hot water if you require some warmth)

1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon Organic stevia extract powder, or more, to taste

3 cups spring water

2 cups pure ice cubes

1 teaspoon Longevity Power’s Prepared He Shou Wu Extract Powder

1 teaspoon Longevity Power’s LEVITY Red Asparagus Root Extract Powder

1/2 teaspoon Longevity Power’s Mushroom Immunity

1 teaspoon Longevity Power’s Goji Joy

1/2 teaspoon Longevity Power’s Longevity in a Bottle

1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt

1/8 teaspoon KAL Stevia Extract Powder. Use 1/16 teaspoon if you are sensitive to stevia; use a pinch more if you LOVE stevia.

Immunity Frappuccino Recipe Video (Sugar-Free, Vegan, Caffeine-Free, Just 5 Ingredients)The main ingredient of this INSANE elixir (and insanely easy to make) is our newest creation, Mushroom Immunity.

 

Blend briefly:

2 cups spring water

1 cup ice cubes (Want it hot? Replace the spring water and ice cubes with 2 1/2 cups very warm spring water)

2 teaspoons Mushroom Immunity (New to medicinal mushrooms? Start with 1/4 teaspoon to 1 teaspoon. Or use 2 teaspoons but only drink 1/4th of the frappuccino at a time.)

1/4 teaspoon KAL Stevia Extract Powder or your sweetener of choice, to taste

1/8 – 1/4 teaspoon sea salt, to taste
