I'm really excited about Longevity Adaptogens because it has all my favorite ingredients, including shrooms, ashwagandha, pine pollen, and shilajit. I add a teaspoon to my daily oats, fruits, and supplement mix, which already includes chlorella, spirulina, chia seeds, greens, and more. The addition of Longevity Adaptogens really packs a punch.
