Instant Adaptogenic Wassail Elixir Recipe

Instant Adaptogenic Wassail Elixir Recipe

Combining high performance nutrition with nostalgic holiday flavor experiences makes feeling good and dialing-in your health goals that much more fun, easy and successful!

My two favorite adaptogens for the holidays are Maca Bliss (warming, invigorating, brain and muscle boosting, malty-flavored fuel) and Levity Red Asparagus (cooling, elevating, stress-melting, immune-strengthening nourishment.)

Let's instantly combine these ancient herbal treasures with mulling spices (basically pumpkin spice with extra orange) to create your very own paleo- and keto-friendly version of the mouth-watering holiday caroling drink wassail. With just a few ingredients you can whip up a virgin mocktail version or spike it with rum!

The Instant Adaptogenic Wassail Elixir helps you:

  1. Feel guiltlessly uplifted for the holidays without consuming unhealthful sugary ‘cheat’ ingredients
  2. Share heart-warming organic nutrient-dense nourishment your picky loved ones will also love
  3. Put 2 of the planet's top health and performance boosting adaptogens into your body to initiate a robust and lasting mindset to kick off your New Year's resolutions right!
