In Jan 2025, I started out with a 30 serving size container of Epic Lions Mane, hoping that it would help me focus better at work. There were noticeable improvements in helping me stay on task, enough so that I bought the 120 serving size to continue on with the progress.

The story...
In 2023, I slipped and fell on icy stairs, severely herniating a disc in my lower back. In the time that it took to get to my back surgery, I lost control of my left ankle (foot drop). Post surgery follow up with the surgeon I was told that I may gain a little back, but likely will never be 100% due to the nerve being damaged or even dead as a result of a pinched lateral nerve root in my back. I had been walking with a significant gait ever since.

Back to the Epic Lions Mane...
In the beginning of April 25, while doing laundry, I noticed my balance was significantly better going up and down the basement stairs. Then I realized that my walking gait is almost entirely gone and that I am also able to support all body weight through the left ankle solo now! Other improvements; numbness in my right hand is totally gone too.

I am really thinking that the Epic Lions Mane may have actually repaired some of the damaged nerves, if that is even possible!

Comparing this lions mane to others on the market, the difference in color is substantial. I am seeing a difference in my overall wellbeing since taking this product, and I do believe this is a superior product, as claimed. I love all these formulations, Epic Lions Mane is tremendous for its purity and amazing flavor and richness. I absolutely love it. I feel my body is electrically charged using this formula.

I have been using Longevity products for years now. Honestly, it feels very good to have access to such high-quality products. I put Lion's Mane in my daily shakes. The first time I drank it, I could tell it was making its way through my brain. As I was having that experience, it felt like my brain NEEDED Lion's Mane. It was like the saying, "Cold water to a thirsty soul," except in my case, it was "Lion's Mane to a thirsty soul." It was a weird feeling, yet at the same time, it was very soothing. About a month and a half later, I realized my brain was CLEAR and SHARP again! It feels soooooooooo good to have my brain back! If you are experiencing the same thing, I strongly suggest that you use Lion's Mane, too. It is worth every penny.

This is excellent quality Lion's Mane, you can tell as soon as it hits your tongue. It tastes earthy and rich. My body actually craves this stuff, I imagine because it's so nutrient dense and pure. I feel nourished. I like to workout in the morning before eating, but sometimes I need a boost. And just a teaspoon of Lion's Mane powder perks me up and I'm ready to go. I'm impressed with all the Longevity Power products I've tried, I'm grateful they're available and easily accessible. Thank you!
